What Kind of Clothes Should I Wear?

You should be prepared for all four seasons on one fine day. We recommend gloves, protective footwear, long sleeve shirt and long pants, a hoody and windbreaker are also good ideas. Our machines have plenty of cargo space for these extra clothing items. There's no such thing as bad weather, just poor clothing!

What Kind of Safety Gear Should I Bring?

Insurance requires that you wear a helmet/head safety gear while the machine is in use. You can bring your own, or rent the helmet from us. We have goggles and safety glasses for sale at our office.

Where Can I Take the Vehicles?

You can take them to the Southern Alberta Rocky Mountain trails, including South East B.C.  Under no circumstances can you leave Canada. Other destinations can be discussed prior to the trip.

What Other Things Do I Need To Remember?

How about your camera, binoculars, snacks, water, insect repellant, and sun protection lotion?

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

A full refund is granted up to 8 days prior to the rental. There is no cancellation credit within 7 days of your rental period. We will reschedule your rental date within the current season.

Do I Need To Have A Driver's License?

All operators of SxS must have a valid driver's license. A copy of the same will be kept with the rental contract.

Will There Be A Damage Deposit?

There will be a $3,000 damage deposit charged to your credit card. You are responsible for all damage to the vehicle. If you return the vehicle in the same condition as when you left, your damage deposit refund will be issued within 48 hours after return.

Can I Return The SxS Dirty And Empty Of Fuel?

A cleaning fee of $75 will apply if returned without being washed. There are 2 car washes conveniently located in Pincher Creek. There is a $50 charge if returned not full of fuel.

Do I Need To Bring A Trailer?

You can bring your own trailer, or rent one of our trailers.  We can deliver the units for you if you don't have a truck for an additional fee.

Can I Tow A Trailer With The SxS?

No towing is allowed with the Side-By-Side.

How Long is a Rental Day?

The typical rental day is 9 hours, from 9AM to 6PM.

How Do I Pay For My Rental?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash as payment.
